 1. Google search : It is the search engine service of Google .You can use it for searching anything on internet. www.google.com.

2. GMail (also known as Google Mail) is a free, webmail service that includes more than 7,500 megabytes of storage: gmail.com & mail.google.com. You can increase the storage of your Gmail account as needed.

GMail Mobile an extended feature of Gmail allows you to access your Gmail messages from the web browser on your mobile phone or device. Your Gmail account stays synched, whether you access it from the web or the mobile interface. Read and reply to your Gmail messages anytime, anywhere: m.gmail.com.

GMail Notifier  is an application that alerts you when you have new Gmail messages (Google Talk includes the notifier): toolbar.google.com/gmail-helper.

3. Orkut is an online community in affiliation with Google that connects people through a network of trusted friends.It is one of the top 10 social network 0f 2010: orkut.com.

4. Blogger a service recently takeover by google and merged in google’s product namely as blogspot.com

5. Google Labs  showcases a few of Google's favorite ideas that aren't quite ready for prime time: labs.google.com.

6. Google Chrome : It is a fast, reliable and secure browser provided by google for PC,MAC & LINUX: google.com/chrome

7. Google Language Tools lets you translate a phrase or entire website, as well as giving you access to web search in different languages, or the ability to search for a particular something in just one language at one time: google.com/language_tools.

Hello reader,

In this article I will explain you 20 most common keyboard shortcuts that everyone knows. Yes everyone but if in an exceptional case you didn’t know about them please write down them in a notebook or copy-paste them in your notepad for your future reference.





A Keyboard

By using these keyboard shortcuts in your daily operations you can save from 200 to 2000 mouse clicks in only single day. This is very important because some computer users notice that after a regular use of mouse in computer operations there is a nagging pain in their right forearm.

Ok let start with 10 key-combinations that are very commonly used in MS-window’s and programs compatible with it...


CTRL + C: This combination is used to COPY the content/text selected.


CTRL + A: This one is very useful because it allows Selecting all the content of a particular window opened in window Operating System.


CTRL + D: By using this shortcut you can DELETE all the selected items/content/text


CTRL + X: This is used to CUT the selected content.


CTRL + V: This is used for PASTING a content that was previously copied/cutted.


CTRL + Z: This one is also very useful because it allows you to UNDO any step you did wrongly or mistakenly during any operation.


CTRL + B: It is used for BOLDING any text selected.


CTRL + U: It is used for UNDERLINING any text selected.


CTRL + I: It is used for making any selected text ITALIC.


CTRL + R: This shortcut is a browser specific key combination, by using this command in mostly browser's window in witch you are surfing it will refresh/reload that particular window.

F10: It activates menu bar options.

SHIFT+F10 Opens a shortcut menu for the selected item (this is the same as right-clicking an object.


CTRL+ESC: Opens the Start menu (use the ARROW keys to select an item).


CTRL+ESC or ESC: Selects the Start button (press TAB to select the taskbar, or press SHIFT+F10 for a context menu).


CTRL+SHIFT+ESC: Opens Windows Task Manager.


ALT+DOWN ARROW: Opens a drop-down list box.


ALT+TAB: Switch to another running program (hold down the ALT key and then press the TAB key to view the task-switching window).


SHIFT: Press and hold down the SHIFT key while you insert a CD-ROM to bypass the automatic-run feature.


ALT+SPACE: Displays the main window's System menu (from the System menu, you can restore, move, resize, minimize, maximize, or close the window).


F1: This key is very helpful because it will open help manual for every opened window of windows explorer or of a program installed on MS-windows. This is very important command that is why i am giving you an example for only this command.
E.g.- let take a example of notepad, because it is obviously that if you are using windows operating system [mainly window xp, vista or 7] you are using notepad or something like that for storing your text documents. open notepad then click F1 and a popup window opens showing help manuals related to notepad[in this example].

Why 'Artical Mantra' Instead of 'Article Mantra'

Hello Readers,

One of the reader of this blog mail me a question with subject why 'artical mantra' instead of 'article mantra'?

First of all i want to thanks her for reading this blog and noticing the difference between artical and article.

I firstly want to register my blog as Article mantra but on the day when i register it i got a message from blogger  saying that the blog address is already in use. After reading this message i search for the blog with web address http://www.articlemantra.blogspot.com and my web browser is redirected to that address, after when i got to that blog i learn that the blog was run by a person name as KIMBERLEY.

I don't know it is real name or an online identity of a person who writes these blogs.

I at first think to contact him regarding the issue because his blog is active in between 2006 and the last post written by him on that blog is on  SATURDAY, JUNE 10, 2006 And i planned to takeover his blog by giving him a Offer.

After searching for his contact address on his blog, i find nothing so i change my mood and decide to change the spelling of Article with Artical.

That is why this blog named as 'Artical Mantra' instead of 'Article mantra'.

I think that i gave through description on why i mis-spell the name of this blog and you all are satisfy with my answer.

Why Don't Try Data Recovery Yourself

In the world of computers, data recovery is something we all know and rely on to recover lost of missing data.  The process of data recovery is very complicated, one that you should never attempt to do yourself.  Hard drives especially, are very fragile and need extra special care when they are worked on.  You have to be careful with the small components inside of them, which is why only a trained specialist should be attempting data recovery.


When you first take your hard drive to a specialist, they will perform an evaluation then get back to you and tell you the problem, as well as the cost.  When most people get their price quote, they immediately think the price is too high.  As this happens, the individual will decide to try their own data recovery.  This isn’t the smartest idea, as it normally results in your data being lost forever.   In most cases, where individuals attempt data recovery themselves, the data is so far gone that even the best data recovery specialist can’t bring it back.

If you don’t know how to handle the platters, you can easily scratch their surface, which could indeed damage them forever.  There is a spindle inside of the drive, which constantly moves the platters.  A motor is there as well, which determines the speed that the platters revolve.  The platters store data for the entire drive, which is accessed by an actuator arm.  When the hard drive is in operation, the platters and the actuator arm move at very fast speeds, which is why everything has to be perfect.


If you go to tamper with the drive and attempt to rebuild it yourself, you’ll more than likely damage something.  The technicians that work with data recovery on a daily basis are experts with hard drives, and know exactly how to handle the devices.  They know how to handle the platters, the actuator arm, and how to put everything back in a complete working fashion.


Some people out there have been told that hitting or even dropping a hard drive can fix common hardware problems.  This is not the case, as hard drives can easily break if they physically abused in any way.  The interior components are very fragile and do not react well at all to any type of abuse or physical mistreating.


Whenever something happens to your hard drive and you lose your data, you should always leave it to the data recovery experts.  Companies who specialize in data recovery can recover your data, and do it the right way - which can save you time and money in the long run.
